I wear my hair down. I use a silk pillow case. I can’t braid my hair because it always falls apart very fast. Even at waist length braids would fall apart.
    Stretched: NL - SL - CBL - APL - BSL - MBL - WL - HL - BCL - TBL - CL

I think my hair might be a bit longer than most's here. I struggle to identify its length, but most nights I get in bed with the bun I started the day with. Normally a cinnamon bun or a nautilus with a hair stick. I use a silk pillow case.

Cool to hear how you guys do it. Maybe I should invest in a new pillow case

Last night I figured out I can do a teeny tiny half-up Cinnabun
I've got a small hairstick from a different accessory that worked well for it. Nothing fancy, it's pretty messy overall, but I think it's cute, and it barely takes any time at all.
And maybe I could even do other buns as half ups? Maybe not now but as it grows.

I was able to do a half updo with a pencil! Wuhu! I think it will be a long time before I'm able to do complete updos with hair sticks. My hair is so thick..

Same. Mine's not super thick, it's about 4 inches so right on the boarder, but still enough to make some styles tricky.
But at least half-dos are possible and pretty!

I'm feeling so impatient with my hair growth at the moment (if you didn't notice, haha). Thinking of finding a list of hairstyles for shoulder length hair and do it as a challenge. Do you know of any?

I'm not sure if there's a list. I've mostly just been messing around. Someone recommended the youtuber Milabu, and they're right, she's got a ton of great styles for shorter cuts.

As far as a list goes, just a couple of ideas from what I've watched/tried (most of these will be half up lol):
    Standard half-up ponytail
    Half-up cinnabun
    Half-up top knot
    Half up french braid
    Mini Space buns
Is it called anything when you just use hairclips to keep it back out of the face? Because there's that lol
And also just like, headbands. Not so much a style, but hey, it works.

I'd also be curious to hear anyone's experiences with heatless curls? I feel like it might be a fun thing to try some night when I'm not busy.

I was already following her since the last time I grew out my hair Yup, I might just go off some of her videos.

Have a look at my pictures, and you will see the results of my recent heatless curls I hadn't done them in a while, so I think I made the curls too small, but at least it worked!

I couldn't resist taking a progress picture with bare shoulders, to see how far I am away from apl. I'm just brushing apl with wet hair, but I'll probably be there within a couple of months, don't you think?
