    Salmon with blue cheese on top. Smoothie with almond milk, a quarter of an avocado, some raspberries and blueberries, a kale leaf and a bit of erythritol. Half a sausage. Supplements and vichy water.

    Protein shake. Soup (sausage, potato, veggies). Rye bread with cheese. Water, tea and supplements.

    I forgot to eat anything again today. I better go find something. I forget to eat and I am still over weight. Go figure.

    Not eating causes your metabolism to slow down. You must keep eating to keep your metabolism moving. It is important to eat good food, and not more calories than you can burn, but a lot of people make the mistake of not eating to lose weight.

    Grits and eggs. Peanut butter with raw honey and walnuts. Cheese and grapes. Chicken, chick peas and collard greens. Supplements.

    Eggs and avocado fried in almond milk. Keto pancakes made with mainly almond flour and eggs. Vichy water and supplements.

    Your body does not want to get rid of fat. And if you're not fat-adapted (as in you're running on glucose instead of fat), you won't particularly be burning it while not eating anyway.

    I made 16-bean soup with beans, potatoes, carrots, onions, kale, olive oil, and hot sauce. I also had some whole-wheat cereal, peanuts, and apples.

    Scrambled eggs. Cherry tomatoes. Bread with cheese. Strawberry and banana smoothie. Spaghetti and sausage. Yogurt with berry muesli. Water, tea and supplements.
