In 2018 I trimmed quite often to even out my hair but the past 6 months I have not trimmed at all as I am participating in the no-trimming 2019. I am not sure if the photo I have posted will show up as this is the first time I am posting photos but in the photo you can see my ends are kind of fairytaily already. I guess that's just what I have to learn to deal with with thin hair though so I'm not just going to cut it back as that's why I couldn't grow past APL for so long. Anyway, I can't believe this day has finally come. I've waited for so long (years) to get my hair to APL so its really exciting for me. It's finally feeling not so short anymore. I'll see you all in the next thread as I grow to BSL. I think I will reach BSL by the end of the year or a few months later as it is not that far from APL on me.

Oh congratulations!! That's really nice you reached APL especially when it was a long journey to finally get there! I personally like the look of fairytale ends when taken care of like yours

You girls are so close! I have an apptthis morning to have my regrowth done and so I get a mini trim so will take a pic this afternoon. I think I'm pretty close too, maybe 2 months away

I am not as close as many of you, but I do have good news! My hair is now 19 inches, I seem to have had a growth spurt!

One inch isn't much, but I'll take it.

My hubby took this photo for me. There is still a long ways to go to get to APL, but progress nonetheless!

Hmm so my request for micro trim resulted in about an inch being cut off but as I've said all a long I'd rather healthy ends over length. I havent had a thorough cut for a year or 2 so definitely needed. So yes , I'm definitely here for a few more months

I’m here growing on my way to APL! I’m enjoying everyone’s progress and pictures! I had a nice thing happen the other day. My moms hairdresser came to her house to give her a cut. She hadn’t seen me in several years since I have worn a pixie. She said my hair looked in great shape for not having a trim in almost two years! That made me happy. It’s the things I have learned here that helped me a long my way.

I’m in the 2019 no trimming threads! Not getting a trim between the two! Hopefully will gain some more length!
