I realised, that every time when I have days and days of impatience and not being satisfied with how my hair looks, then in few days my impressions suddenly change and I get very happy with my hair, seeing how much it grew lately and how it reshapes towards what I want.
What cheered me lately, I found one old folder with my favourite cuts and goals and I realised that all of them were much much shorter then my current length, wow!

It's crazy, I know I'm so close to my first proper goal on this growth journey but somehow I just dislike this length on myself so much! So much that I start to see cute short cuts everywhere...

I know I won't be cutting my hair, this length is just difficult for me. I'll stare my old hair photos and hang out here to get some long hair inspo

Oh yeah, summer! I won't be wearing my hair down much since I don't enjoy hot, sweaty neck

That should help with keeping it up and not obsessing over length.

I did somehow. I also think about blunt bob ( I love that cut) but then I just imagine what a pain would it be if I would cut my hair once again. I came now to the point of now or never, where I think that if I cut now, probably I would ruin the last chance to have long natural colour hair.
And that is what scares me and makes me sad lol
So, avoiding that terrible feeling also inspires me quite a lot to grow my hair,haha
Updos are lifesavers for the awkward days, I agree. And good that with every new cm we can do more with our hair.

That's a really good reason to grow! I mean, of course it's not nice that you are worried that it's "now or never" situation but it definitely keeps you from cutting and inspires to go longer. Anyone can have short hair but long pretty hair takes time and patience. Your hair is already so pretty, it will look so very pretty the longer it gets

I have the feeling that I'll be wearing my hair up all summer...

Me. Totally. I KNOW I will wear my hair up the whole summer because the length I have now is just NOT good. It's not really long and not short and when down it looks awkward. Because my hair is so thick. Back to the triangle-head again. LOL!

Took some progress pictures yesterday and realized my hair is finally starting to look and feel long(ish). I'm nowhere near APL yet but coming from a boy-short pixie it feels nice to gain some length.
