Feeling very down about my hair again. Had the flu and lost 8 lbs in a week, huge shed now. It's actially scaring me really bad.

Was supposed to take my 3 month update photo's tonight, hope I'm still beave enough to post them and won't be all sad when I see the pictures. *fingers crossed*

So, it has been 3 months since my last 'official' lengthshot and I'm here with an update. My hair grew 3cm and I'm at 75cm now. Still need 9cm more to make it to waist. In my picture it looks like I'm a lot closer but I'm really not (sadly), it's just the angle. Need to figure that out next time.



Still only 7 bumps in my braid.....hmmmm.....

It's hard to get an accurate shot. Wasn't completely dry yet here so it looks pretty bad but here you might see the length better. I couldn't get my entire head in it.


This whole picture taking thing has really helped me to see progress, sometimes I feel my hair doesn't grow and it still feels short but then I line these 2 pictures up and it's there: progress. There is 6 months between these two photo's.

I haven't been on LHC for ever! Just checking in to say "hi", and that I am still growing to waist. I decided to get layers, which I am regretting because it made my longest layer to thin for my liking. So, I will be micro-trimming every month to get rid of layers and old highlights. I will probably be on this thread for awhile even though I am only a few inches from waist.

I am too behind to respond to everyone's photos, but congratulations! There is some beautiful hair in this thread! Take care and happy growing!

Suze gorgeous silky hair. I can't believe you think it looks pretty bad in the one where it's not quite dry - it looks amazing! And I totally agree about not seeing/feeling progress until you compare photos from months apart. That's great growth for 6 months. Keep going

suze you are almost waist it's impossible that your hair is 9 cm away it's maybe 2 or 3,you have gorgeous hair
