Aww thanks everyone! This is the longest hair I've ever had. I've always kept it at pixie or chin length bobs. So 16 months no trims is huge for me. And my hair has not evaporated as hairdressers seem to imply. Actually it's very hard to me to find a split yet, so that's why I'm going ahead in 2017 no trim. I never thought to check the wet length until taking that picture, so I'm very happy to found out it's gotten to apl.

So my ends are doing that thing where they tangle, like I'll brush my hair and leave it out while I'm home; the length itself doesn't tangle but the ends do (that's a thing right??). The ends are kinda sorta crunchy, not split but rough, I think I need to do a trim later today.

I feel so silly - because I'm new. What is APL?

My hair is to the top of my bra line - just had the 2 inches of scraggly ends cut off after wearing tape-in extensions for 6 months. I feel bald! I'm so excited to be here
