I keep getting worried that my hair has mysteriously shrunk

so I've decided I'm going to keep it up until March-ish next year, other than washing/oiling it. I took a picture a few days ago and my ends are surprisingly not bad considering I bleached it for three years and then used ColorB4 earlier this year to get two years of red out, I am about .5cm below BSL!

What is a good oil for ends/hair besides coconut oil and should it be daily?

I've been using Panacea from Night Blooming on Etsy and LOVE it!!! My ends seem quite happy using it every night.

Anyone still use heat? I straighten my hair once a week with my instyler, I now wash my hair every 2 days. It took me two years to finally stop and realize I need to stop dying my hair. I haven't dyed my hair since September and has grown so much!

The only regular heat I used to do was blowdrying, but I've given that up since I joined here about a month ago. No more heat for me! - The difference in my hair is incredible, it's tons shinier! Though air drying it sometimes gets fluffy, especially on humid days. - It's easy enough to tame down with a coney oily serum.
