I have a similar shade right now as the pictures you posted. I use Lush Caca Rouge (because it's readily available and affordable where I am). It comes in bricks with 6 squares marked. I usually do 2 squares, grated, and heated in a double boiler with 2 cups of lemon juice. I leave it on my head for 5-6 hours and then wash with only conditioner and my hair always looks fantastic.
But, as others have said, it's a personal hair thing. Your hair could have a completely different reaction than mine did.
