Thanks heidr, they are fun, and definitely have a mind of their own. I comb my hair in the shower with conditioner and a wide tooth comb everyday. Somehow I always have a few natural dreadlocks which I just don't understand. I think the curls try to eat each other.

okay, I thought I'd post these here and just continue where I left off. I picked up some LMH Red with the fox on the front, and definitely got the red I wanted. This is right after washing out the henna so it hasn't oxidized at all yet. I will post again with after pictures, in a couple days.

after 9 days, only 3 condition only washes. sorry it looks a little greasy and limp in this photo, but you can see how the Ronald McDonald red has faded to a darker copper red. I think I liked the vibrancy better. Soon I will color it again.

Thanks everyone, you are so kind. After I finish my move here in a couple days, I will re-color with the Manic Panic- new rose. I've been wanting to do it for a while, but had to wait until after a memorial service, so as not to upset my father. It might be an intense color, but I'm ready to try it. Will post pics afterwards.
