I checked tonight, i'm finally @ APL, just barely but my longest hairs have the towel finally @ 24"

Here's my first towel test!

I'm not sure I can officially call that shoulder yet, but I promise, in the shower with water running through it, it does hit my shoulders! It just flips up like crazy at the ends. Also my towel was slipping on one side, but I guess that doesn't matter too much yet.

Hello all my sweeties! Ok i'll start off the towel test! It's always nerve racking but EXCITING!!!



AHHHHH i feel like I have a long way to reach APL! DAYUM! I thought I'd do a shot fresh out of the shower shot! I guess I should of combed out my hair, Ok i'll remember to do that next time. I'm sure there are experts in here that can imagine my length if I were to straighten out my hair (which i'll never ever do!).

Great shot Rowie, your hair looks so thick! How much do you think it has grown since last month? It looks like loads from here.

Unfortunately, this is my second time on this thread. I decided in Jan 2011 (pretty much brushing APL) that I had to try a pixie cut at least once before continuing to grow my hair. I'm glad to be back here after over a year.

Thanks lunamummy! hmmm I don't know since i'm bad with measurements and math. LOL For me, I feel like I grow hair slow compared to most LHC-ers. I decided to do a wet shot this time, since I normally have bushy, frizzy, coarse hairs. I find it's the only way to level out the playing field since there are straight hair friends here that have the advantage of naturally showing length.

Hey both, I'm totally going to be going with a pre-drying shot. The curls make that towel look ever further away!

Interesting...Here I thought if I took a wet shot my hair would be straight. LOL I guess sometimes hair behaves the way it will want to depending on the weather. Your hair almost looks borderline 1c-2a. let me check out your album since i know you said before you had longer hair.

ETA: i just looked at your album! You have gorgeous hair! Now I know what you mean about your hair texture. Yay nice to meet a fellow wurly!
