I love crown braids. No pictures?

So, I'm thinking of ordering a hair fork.. I'm not sure where to start looking!

Ohh, hair forks, I am not ready to buy one yet, but I have been looking. I have looked at etsy... places like Grahtoestudio have some amazing ones. Someday.

I got my hair into a cinnabun today. It had been up all day with just two hair sticks, and one bobbypin- to pin the poking out ends away. I am too happy about this!!!!

Ooooh I forgot to mention my TTT results-- I'm still about an inch away. My hair seems to have stopped growing, LOL .
Routine for my dyed mid back length hair: shampoo and condition twice a week, with Alterna Kendi Dry Oil Spray all over and shea butter on ends and lightly on length as leave-ins on wet hair, and blow dried with a Sedu on low heat

Forks? Did I hear someone say forks?? I recently (like two weeks ago) discovered that I can make them stay in my hair.

I love the MairzyDozy and 60thStreet ones.....

I have two french twist combs and a grahtoe fork on the way. Yay!

Going for terminal, but also enjoying wearing my hair down and curly.

I'd love to wear hair forks or sticks on a daily basis but I worry about them being taken out of my hair or falling out on public transport - especially if I'm only using them decoratively
I'm probably being paranoid though - does anyone wear them on busy trains without a problem ?

    Hello everyone
I have just reached shoulder and now I'm growing to APL. Sadly my hair doesn't look so good at shoulder length. It's an awkward stage that I'll just have to be patient through in order to get past.

I wear sticks (I haven't tried forks, but I imagine they are probably grippier!), well, one stick, daily. I sometimes feel it coming loose every now and again but it's maybe only once or twice the whole day. I find them very secure, I even exercise (vigorously!) with a stick in and it doesn't budge at all. Give some styles a whirl and see which feel most secure to you.

    Hiya!

Awkward stages are no fun, but you'll get through it! This thread is fun, by the way. I hope you enjoy it.

I just ordered a couple wooden sticks from Pacific Mercantile on Etsy. I'm pretty sure my hair is still way too short for them, but a girl can dream, and it'll be awesome to not have to wait around for them to show up when my hair will cooperate with them.
    Sloooowly growing to BSL+
