Whoo! I actually remembered treatment tuesday!

I used my regular Phyto deep conditioner, and I'm about to use a little argan oil and some shea butter.

I got my first hair compliment today! My friend was patting me on the head (don't ask) and then she started playing with my hair and marveling at how soft it was.

I'm growing til BSL and maintaining.. probably forever. Just until alllll of my henna is gone, so basically forever. I can't do anything useful at APL so there's no point staying here. But then again, it's only 4.5" difference between APL and BSL.

Hahaha we're going to have to do a group exodus once we're all APL that way we can all stay together. Sorry but the APL to BSL thread is not as lively as this one and I am not looking forward to leaving you all.

Right now my hair has a rather sharp V hemline which I am thinking of getting rid of. If my hair makes to the towel tomorrow I will trim it to a softer U shape and loose about an inch. It'll be worth it though because I think a V hemline looks really weird on hair this short.

Am I the first to post?? OK, I guess I'm cheating (again) because my picture was actually taken last night. But I know I won't have time tonight to do anything...sooo... it's Thursday, right?



I realized that there is actually some room for interpretation as to how far away my hair looks to be from the towel. In the last picture I had taken two weeks ago it seemed a lot further... Well, I guess I still have some way to go...

I also simply couldn't resist the urge to show off my Ketylo fork ... I got it for Christmas from my MIL in the US who is probably the only person I know in real life who appreciates hair as much as I do and who is my secret confidante in my weirder hair experiments... Anyway, at Christmas time I still couldn't get it to hold in my hair at all. I tried it again a week ago and it holds like a charm!!! It's maybe a little long, but I don't really mind (you can see more of it that way ) and at least I still have some room to grow.

I took a few towel test pictures today but it just left me confused.

In some pictures it looks only an inch away from the towel, in others it looks MUCH further away.

It must be the way I'm standing, or holding the camera, or something else...

I'm going to take some more later tonight & see if I can find the real length!
