The Mia I got was $119. I also got Korres Lip Butter to try out. I'm really hoping the Clarisonic works well for me! Thanks to you and rowie. I can't remember who mentioned it.
I just wash and condition, but I added some oils to my shampoo and massage it in really well for a few minutes, and then I rinse it out really well and condition. I kind of like washing my hair every day, so I'm not sure I'd even be comfortable stretching washes...

Yeah, they lowered the price a couple months after I got mine, and introduced a bazillion new colors...
I love Korres! Did you get the lip butter in the tube or in the jar? I have one in the tube, and I just love it!

I easily have chapped lips that needs daily exfoliating before using any lip products. I would try some when you go to Lush because they are pricey, but it can last a year for me. Hope that helps.
It's not as expensive as the lip scrub I got... I got one from Sephora, the Fresh brown sugar scrub, and while I love it, I don't use it nearly often enough to justify the cost. I gave it to my fiance who has the ickiest, chappiest lips ever, but he always "forgets" to use it

I'll make him finish up the Fresh scrub and then I'll probably get us a Lush scrub to share. How big is the jar? There isn't a Lush store anywhere near me so I can't try it first

So today I've been trying to measure how long my hair will be/has been at certain goal lengths!

    I have, so far: SL: 18, APL: 22, BSL: 25, WL:30. I'm currently at 20 inches.

So If I grow half an inch a month then I could be APL by July, and BSL by 2013, right?

I have serious trouble with Maths....

Also I did my very first french braid today - It wasn't good, but it was something!

I find it really hard to measure goal lengths, so I usually just estimate :P
If you're at SL, then 4in/(.5in/mo.) gives you 8 months to reach APL. 7in/(.5in/mo.) = 14 months to reach BSL, so you would reach it in May of next year.
ETA: I just noticed under your avatar it says you're at 20in. So you have two more inches to go, so after 4 months of no trims you'll be at APL, so probably about mid-July. BSL is 5in. away, so 10 months, next January or early February you should be there. This assumes no trims, and no growth stalls due to stress, poor diet, etc.

Shastrix created this Excel... thingy... that helps you track your hair's growth and estimate when you'll reach your goal lengths. I just downloaded it, it's fairly handy.

    Thanks so much!

I really can't do calculations so I really appreciate that!

No problem! An easy trick is to just multiply the number of inches you need to grow by 2, and that will give you the number of months it will take to grow that many.

Hey bunnysaur! How's your treatment going? I just finished doing my modified version of SMT yogurt treatment, left it on for 30 minutes under a shower cap, then I did a good gentle scalp massage with some Tresseme conditioner. I'm just letting it air dry right now.

While I am air drying my hair, I took some shots of the Lush products so that you can get an idea of it's actual size, since you've hinted that your only option is to order them online.

Top View with a quarter to compare it with:

    Side View comparison:

They are small considering, where I bought them , they came out to be 9 something with tax each. That is why to me they are pricey since I used to buy Sephora's Jack Black intense lip therapy for 7$, and considering the ingredients is only sugar crystals, food coloring, and imitation bubblegum flavor. Well, I give Lush the credit for thinking of simple ingredients that seem to work for me. But yeah you can always spend much more at Sephora or MAC for that matter.hehehehe

Haha. I paid $22 *mini heart attack* for my Fresh scrub, so if Lush works that well I'd say it's well worth the money :P
I haven't done my treatment yet, I'm going to do my deep conditioner after showering tonight. Can't wait!
