    Default Another De-Lurking

    Hi!

    I've been lurking here for a few years, but I'm finally able to really grow my hair, so I decided to join. I have the usual color/heat/bad products hair history, but two years ago I took the initiative and started taking better care of my hair.

    The no sulfates/silicones has really helped me, but sometimes I think that having those "rules" helps me stay more aware of how I treat my hair. I'm not going to lie, I color every six months or so, and I do diffuse a bit, more in winter.

    Anyway, just wanted to say hi, and thanks to everyone who has inadvertently helped me back in the lurking days.
