I'm just starting to grow SL to APL and I feel like it's gonna be a loooong journey.
The 'lower' layers (I hope that makes sense in English) seem to grow quite fast and are at collarbone now (my neck isn't very long). Unfortunately they are a lot straighter and healthier then the upper layers. There are still some (curiously reddisch and greenish looking
) bleached parts in those, and they don't react well with the oil shampooing that the rest of my hair seems to love. I think I'll have to cut 2-3 inches to get all the damage out. And thanks to shrinkage, I'll have to cut even more of the straighter hair underneath or it'll look very stupid.
Any tips?
