Odd reasons you want longer hair!

Hi!

Yesterday I was taking a walk, it's crazy cold where I live right now so I wore a hat and double everything.
The hat is kind of a beanie and my hair was up so nothing showed, which made me think 'I really need longer hair so that it flows out from my hat and makes me not look like a boy'...

My hair i SL and I don't wear it down because it doesn't have the weight needed to look good down. It just floats around looking thin.

This made me think, what's YOUR weirdest reason for needing longer hair?

Maybe It's not really strange, but I want my hair to flow down my back, looking feminine en beautiful^^ When I had chin lenght hair I used to feel very naked, especially when not wearing clothes. I hope It's better when my hair is about waist

Couldn't have said it better myself.

I tend to be less feminine in the way I act and look, so maybe I will feel more feminine with longer hair.

Because I want elf princess hair plain and simple and utterly shallow and selfish. Ah well I can get all philosophical about other things.

Thanks Zindell! Also as of January 1 I officially have the bare minimum for elf princess hair, my hair is now waist length just like Arwen's was in the Lord of the Rings series. Now on to match Lady Galadriel!

I have the same reasons for keeping my hair long =) I'm between bsl and waist length right now and I assure you, its way better than short so don't give up! =)

I think all my reasons are the usual ones: to look feminine and younger. I guess it's odd that I always want to be different than those around me. I surely will be.
