Raemarthe you have the most beautiful hair
Re: Calling all who are growing shoulder to APL!
I'm leaving, guys. :)
When this stupid updo-wave is straight it's half an inch longer and I can grab my hair with the armpit from the back (trying now, yes!)
Chin to APL in 7 months :) Not bad. I'm happy. My hair feels LONG now :)
Looks like I have greys on the side but it's the lighting. LOL!

Thanks, and also thanks for the previous compliment the other day. I was extremely tired when I was answering.
I already have some grays, but not even 10%. But for any case, I consider this as now or never stage, maybe something is going to change in upcoming years ( hair thinning, faster getting grays...)
I've noticed that the length between SL and APL feels and looks weird only to us who are growing. When I look at the other people, I see that some are keeping that mid length for years, considering it most appealing. And if you look at the latest trends, it is pre-APL what is most dictated. We are trendy right on time with our weird lengths :D

Very true! Looking at many celebrities, TV hosts etc. this length is totally trendy!
My personal problem with this is that my hair is so thick that I get this triangle problem. The short bob only worked because I have lost so much hair during 6 months of heavy shedding but since it all grew back now and I have so many short new growth which lifts the longer hairs it looks awkward.

I love the many shades that are woven all together, so pretty. APL is very close!

I already have some. My grays are appearing very slowly, but this year I have more grays then three years ago ( when I also grew my natural colour to almost APL).
When it gets to half-gray half-natural, I think I would cut to bob. I don't like idea of having roots most gray/white, while the rest isn't.
Longlegs, I found my APL by taking a picture only wearing a bra. I also have moles on my back in APL level , so it made measuring easier.
Someone suggested finding APL while one arm is stretched or lifted. For me that has sense, too, but I didn't do that yet. I always forget. Maybe next time when I measure monthly progress.
In shirt, my APL seem lower. And with towel even more
Laura1986, Begemot, my goal is also WL. Next year this time we'll be very close to those goals. Not bad! I would be very happy with BSL, too :D
