Shoulder | Armpit

jaine, the link you showed me it looks past shoulder.. and your hair looks so soft, and thick... such a pretty color!


I think mine is because I am trying to go by the very tippy tips of the ends. Going to see if I can get a better shot later tonight.

Jaine, I often feel the same way! For me, it's because the sides are so much shorter than the back, barely past chin length. When I pull the ends down and around below my jaw, the ends of each side barely touch. So I have a hard time conceptualizing my hair as "shoulder length" when the part that keeps flopping in my face is still SO daggum far from shoulder!

And speaking of flopping in my face, I finally took the plunge, stopped waffling, agonizing, obsessing - I re-cut my bangs. With a couple snips, I gave myself a style that stays out of my face SOOO much better, and I took at least 10 years off my age! I can still brush them back and spray them if I want the no-bangs look, and brush them down to soften the look of an updo. Now I'm kinda wondering why I waited so long! :)

I'm out of here I think at 24.5 inches (grew an inch last month). APL to BSL time!

Aww, my first thud! Thanks annieangel! :blossom: Don't worry - you'll be here soon yourself! Just remember too that there are styles that you can do now that you will grow out of very shortly, and have fun. :)
