Hi, Jaine. Two braids make nice waves on me, but I wouldn't go out like that, unless it's something really casual. In fact, the cover of my album are braid waves, though is similar to my texture. I hope I could help a little.

Hey, add me to this thread too, hehe. :p After having lopped my hair in the past 2 months from Waist(Almost hip) to BSL, from BSL to SL.

I don't think I could wear pigtail braids to work, but if there's a way to secure the back so that it doesn't look like pigtails but looks more like a low braided bun with two accent braids, I think it could work. Hmmm... I'm off to try it.Quote:

If you don't have to go out I would try multiple smaller buns but I wouldn't want to go out looking like Heidi on steroids so I wouldn't wear that out of the house.:oQuote:

Hi, happy to join you all! I'm about 3 inches away from APL and can't wait! If only I could hibernate until April or so - skip the nasty winter, let my hair grow without harassing it, and wake up and voila! Sunshine and warm weather and longer hair! :P In the interim, I'll spend some time in here.
It brings hope to look back at the first posters in this thread way-back-when and see from their avatars and sig pics how much their hair has grown. :)
What kind of protective updos is everyone doing at this length?
