I have so many layers too...I don't think I'd want to be totally layer-free because of puffy triangle head but it will be so much smoother and neater when they're all past shoulder!!

Oh well forgot juice of onion..I know smells terrible but it never bothered me coz I lost lots of hair due to PCOS+negligence and thankfully now can see good growth of baby hairs :cheese:
ouffffff......i'll join the part here....i just had my hair cut. It needed it, because my ends had gotten thinner. Now my hair is the same length as hotrox's picture above. Is that considered shoulder length?

They do say that layered hair is more prone to splits, and I have had a few in my shorter layers. Because they are at such an annoying length, they keep flying into my mouth :P I get the frustation.
Squeeeee! So I tried hairtyping after the 1a/1b hairtype debate as I think I sit in the middle, and after 5 1/2 very dull hours of sitting in a warm house it was dry and I got SO to take a picture... (I'll post it tomorrow!) and I think im finally... After 8 months of desperately trying not to **** with it... At "can I call this APL!!
It may be there, but I'll post for opinions as I've been waiting 2 years to say that so maybe I'm overestimating!!
I just had a great trim! He took off about 1/4 of an inch and added very slight shape since I haven't trimmed in a little over a year and grew out from a bowl cut. I'm so happy and will go back to him every time in the future! Pictures soon....
This is me too...Also growing out a horrible "mis-layered" hair cut and the back of my hair is at shoulder length..i've grown 5/8" since Aug 21..next real measure is Sept 21..taking biotin, msm and prenatals. Can't wait to be below bra-strap and beyond..we will see. ALSO can't wait for the albums to be working so i can post my pics of growth..ugg Hang in there..the only thing i cut is bangs at this point. :/
After constant cutting out of dye since July 12th, my hair is past collarbone length rather than just above it in 2 months :) Very happy that it's longer than when I first cut it despite the inches I cut off to get rid of the dye. I've been too busy to take pictures because the only time I have to take them is when I'm going to bed and I don't particularly feel like it right about then :P
