BSL would be amazing! I don't think I've ever eben more than just past APL, just because I've never tried growing it longer.
I'm not betting on it, I still don't know my exact growth rate and I like getting frequent trims lol. But my stylist knows I'm growing it out, I'm excited to see what it looks like in a year.
I keep taking a measuring tape and trying to see how far it might grow lol.

Thanks Ylva. No, last time I trimmed was 30/11 so I think I’ll join! Sounds like a nice group, thanks for the suggestion.
Re: Calling all who are growing shoulder to APL!
Looks like I belong here now, my hair is brushing my shoulders. Hopefully my growth rate will pick up once summer hits and I can make APL by the end of the year.

Just dropping in to cheer you all on. You are doing great! :cheer:
Re: Calling all who are growing shoulder to APL!
This is me right now. I'm taking Biotin and relying on the inversion method. Going to the gym more and trying to be more careful in general. It grew from shoulder to APL within about 5 months last time so I'm hoping it will hurry up this time. If only I hadn't cut it, it would probably be near BSL by now :(
Re: Calling all who are growing shoulder to APL!
Hi all, I’ve joined the no trimming for 6 months thread so will be growing instead of trimming any shorter, & as most of my hair is at APL do you think I can call this APL & move to the APL-BSL thread?

Do you think going to the gym often helps with hair growth?
I am going to the gym 5 times a week, so hopefully it will help too, something I do it's after I work out, I wash my hair, put on a hair treatment and I sit in the steaming room for about 15 minutes, I feel it has helped me tremendously with my hair quality, my hair is definitely softer.

I just started going to the gym this week!
I use to go all the time in undergrad because it was included with tuition and a ten minute walk from my dorm, but it's been well over a year so I'm super out of shape.
I'm not sure if it helps with hair growth, but it can't hurt.
