I seem to be stuck inbetween Shoulder and APL.
I'm finding growing the layers out a real pain now. The length is ok, but the layers are a bit hit and miss to whether they will curl nicely or just stick out :( I'm currently wearing side pony tails when its looking terrible. I guess another couple of inches and it will sit better.
I'm about an inch or so from APL and it's a bit of a pain. I never know what to do with it, so it ends up in a low pony or down. It slips out of buns or braids too easily at this length. I've been thinking for several days now about cutting back to SL.
...Yep! It's a bit of a pain, but think I'm around 4" from APL! Measuring at 19.5 inches.
Yeah I've noticed that the ends of my layers sometimes like to curl outwards away from the rest of my hair even though i dont do anything like blowdrying or styling and I have straight hair.Quote:

I though I was about 2 inches from APL... I just checked and its closer to 4 inches :(
It would be so easy for me if I could heat straighten. I've totally given up any heat - I think it will be six weeks. I've dusted my ends today because they were looking a bit ropey to say the least but i've measured and it doesn't seem to have taken much from my length.Quote:

Also it must be annoying for those with curly hair as you can't notice the growth as much as with straight hair (although I'd quite like my hair to be curly)
