Lol at least you got your pic up, I still can't manage that!!
Welcome to the thread, it's a great place for support on the seemingly endless journey to apl :)
I am so tempted to measure again. May 19th was the last time I measured and I was solidly at 19 inches. I really want to wait until the 19th of June, but I just know it has grown, I can see the difference. The spring and summer are my growth spurt seasons. However, I am going to put it up for the next 7 days and wait it out. Patience isn't one of my redeeming qualities though, I may cave, just saying.....
I tried the Gibson Tuck today and it held for the entire afternoon, and look, no escapee tendrils, another sign that it is indeed a bit longer.

My hair sux, big frizzy mess! I've been growing out a super short pixie for over 2 years now, regular trims, haven't used permanent dye in 2 years, haven't used a deposit only temp dye in over a year. I haven't used heat on it, have used gentle shampoos and conditioners.. but nope, still wants to disobey me! So ready to start using a flat iron before I chop it off!
Anyways! Hi, haven't been on the board in forever.. very sporadic poster and occasional stalker here :waving:
ETA: butterflybutton, love the shirt idea! I need to do that!
So here I am so far.. hoping to be a solid APL by Christmas! My hair looks a bit uneven, I did not really brush it before taking the photo, though it is V-shaped...

holy big picture batman! sorries!
After years of short haircuts I am finally at shoulder length again. Usually I get to this and cut it all off again. Hoping to get to atleast bsl this time or longer. Wish me luck. ;)
This is my first time posting pics so I hope it works.
This was early this year-

:blossom: I feel your pain, and in a way it could've been me having written your post! I also got a pixie two years ago and I also have a big, frizzy mess on top of my head most days (plus that I never do anything to agitate my hair; I don't colour it, flat iron it, etc). :o Just wanted to give you some support! Your hair looks a little wavy as well, maybe that's why it likes to frizz? I know mine does.
seven77 hold in there! I get frizzies too- it gets better when you can damp bun it :) or you could braid it while it's still damp, that tends to help too. It does look ok to me in the pic.
