I am joining this thread with tears in my eyes... I was sure that I was brushing on APL but last night me and my husband did the "towel" check and saw that I am still atleast 5 months from APL.😢 And I was just starting to feel longhaired! ☹️😥😭

Hexana, you have every right to feel long-haired! I mean, if you feel that way, there's no reason to back off from that feeling just because your hair didn't meet a certain milestone. We all have our own definitions of what is long.
Ylva thank you, but I was so excited to hit a big Milestone. Guess I'll have to be more patient...
Do you guys usually wear your hair up or down at this length? I try to wear it up.
Thanks ladystardust and agava. I like the idea of trying a u-hemline. I can style it so that the different lengths aren’t so obvious. I’m going to wait until the end of November to get it trimmed (just doing search & destroy in the meantime) so hopefully it will have all grown about another inch by then so if I trim maybe an inch off the longer bit the whole thing will look more even. I think my plan is to keep growing all of it, trim up to an inch from the longer lengths about every 4 months then hopefully within a year it will have all evened up & I won’t have had to sacrifice too much length.

Star_fish thank you that's very nice of you. Your hair looks a lot like mine (my natural color is also blond). If I wasn't a henna head I would say we would be hair twins :D
Yesterday I managed my very first cinnabun held with only a two prong hairfork :D
I normally wrap it with a scrunchie but I felt adventurous. The other bun I can aaalmost do is a LWB. Need another month or so for that.
Hasse congrads! I also managed to do that for the first time like 3 weeks ago. Amazing feeling right? ��
