Still in a quandary on how to measure. I would love to call my milestones dry and curly but if I do, I'll never get consistent results. However I'm also not walking around with wet hair all day :/

I can understand that it's hard to call it when your hair changes from day to day, having curly hair and all, but as long as you feel like you've reached apl I think that is what matters :) Judging from the photo you shared, I would call it. No need to be exact!

Agreed. It doesn't quite feel APL yet so I think I'll wait a little bit longer before I call it :)

I've tried this updo these last two days and I love it. It's an updo I will ever be able to do when my hair grow longer, which makes it even more enjoyable. And I can do it rather loose and messy, and so won't ruin the curls. I had to use a lot of snap and jaw clips, more or less of my hair color so they're not noticeable. I don't know why I had never tried this before! A keeper! Thanks!
