My hair is so heavily layered (growing out a pixie) that I'm not at all sure how I should classify my hair length. Most of it is past chin and the longest bits are past shoulder, but not quite APL. I think I can get my hair to roughly-APL by next year if I just leave the shorter layers alone and keep trimming out the mullet. ;)
I measure by my longest layer. It is a pain growing them out. Pixies are so cute....until you want longer hair.
Then they aren't cute until the layers hit bsl or waist and look intentional. I'm just hoping to get past my feathered look before APL, but it's doubtful. My hair likes looking like I feathered the sides all the way to center back! Then it "wings" straight back. :doh:Quote:
