Re: Calling all who are growing shoulder to APL!
dude, getting to APL is so hard/annoying/slow. I may or may not be there. It depends on how I position my head. I try to look forward as straight as possible but each time I look it's different. Ah!

It IS very annoying to get from SL to APL!
I always tilt my head and say "ok in 6 months it'll be this long"

I'm sorry for how I twist and turn from subject to subject. There is a term I think for that type of thinking....it is how I talk also.
So you put your hair in a french twist while you sleep? I don't think I could sleep in one.

Yes we definitely need a halfway point. It does seem to take sooo long and it would be more encouraging.

Agreed! Plus my hair is kind of curly, so it feels like my hair has been collarbone length FOR-EV-ER

Agreed! I'm there if I look straight up :)
Sigh...

Lol same here!
Re: Calling all who are growing shoulder to APL!
One day we will all be there if we don't cut lol.
Yes I sleep in a twist for now. I think it works for me because of having fine hair that is not very long. Also my hair is not as thick as it once was. And sometimes I put it in a bun for sleeping, but it gets pulled lose more than a twist.
I think as soon I can stretch my hair to APL that I will call it. My hair is not curly, but it shrinks up a lot. If I have to wait for an extra three inches for it to reach without stretching I may go insane. It has gotten so fluffy like it has no weight to hold it down.

Interesting. I love twists but I don't think it could work, but I've never tried it.
I always measure and call it when my hair is wet. Waiting for dry would drive me insane too. :)

Thanks vpatt, wellmichelle, fericera, ReadingRenee! :blossom: :) I should learn to accept that even slow growth is growth. More growing, less obsessing, less banging head to the wall. No monthly pictures for me next year!
