I totally sympathise with your desire to call it dry/unstretched - I felt the same, as to me that's when my hair will actually, unarguably 'look' like the milestone in question. In the end, I got impatient waiting for APL, and called it when I was a bit beyond APL wet/stretched, but still with a smidge to go dry/unstretched.
It looks like you're quite a bit beyond APL stretched at the moment, so I guess it's a personal decision for you whether you want to call it now or wait it out in this thread a bit longer. If I were you, I would call it, but then I've already proved my inability to be patient!
Aww, thanks everyone. Guess I really should call it! If I were to straighten my hair, I bet it would be pretty obviously APL even dry.
