I'm here with a lot of layers too. Growing hair is like watching paint dry. Seems to take forever but I am experiencing a little growth spurt I think. It is suddenly down on my shoulders and even laying a bit past in the back. Going to have to watch that it doesn't get a scraggly mullet looking back to it though. I think I'm the only one that would think that though!
Ugh. Layers are the worst. My hair probably already looks like a scraggly mullet. I will need to do cuts and trims as I grow out this awful cut. I just need to baby it, and I know it will grow beautifully!
Hmmm, I like my layers! I do think one day I might try microtrimming them out but maybe not. Haha! Depending on the day (and how crazy I feel) I think my goal of APL could mean....shortest layer at APL ;)
Ok! Here are my last length shots for a while. Next weekend my husband and kids and I are going on a long adventure and I won't be online! I hope the next time I am here, I will be APL :)

In the last two months I have learned my hair is so much wavier than I ever could have imagined. When I use conditioner-only and avoid cones, it's almost curly....however, I really like cones and shampoo so that doesn't happen too often. I loooove my satin pillow case, I rarely have to detangle my hair anymore, just a quick finger comb in the morning does the trick. I am feeling good going into "no trims second half of 2017". I also learned that when I am stressed out, I want to cut my hair off...being aware of that should help prevent any chopping!!

Mid-April for reference (and blow dried straight after a trim...I never blow dry my hair but it was kinda fun as a one time thing!)
olivetime, your hair is so pretty!
