Amen. I have never felt uglier than when I was at chin, not to mention the fact that it was always in my face, on my neck and wasn't long enough to tie back... Don't get me wrong, collarbone is a terrible length on me with my texture, but nothing will ever be as bad as chin length was.

I have been gone for a while, doing a writing challenge. It kept me busy! But I reachced my word goal today! It sure was a great way to forget about hair for a while though!

To chime in on the length discussion, I HATED my hair at chin length. Yikes, that is just unflattering for me. Shorter than chin length actually looks better on me than chin length and then all the length until I reach my shoulders looks pretty rough too. I just went back and looked at old pictures from last year and it's very good motivation to not cut shorter than shoulder ever again. Unless it's a buzz or a pixie...

My hair in the past week or so has started to feel really long when it's down, like it just gets everywhere and that its getting caught in my collars and things. But, when I look in the mirror, it's still not quite APL. I will post a length check in the beginning of December.

Chin looked terrible on me too I'm hoping to not even do mullet trims this time around let it grow without trims for as long as I can stand

Im going against the trend here- I love chin length.

I think it's really flattering. For me its one of those lengths that look intentional and works to highlight facial, neck, and shoulder structure. If I was to have "short" hair this is where I would maintain.

Thanks! But downwards I go...

I'm past CBL now, even on my wavy-ist of days. Im looking forward to reaching 20 inches. It will be a mini milestone- leaving the teens behind.

Very nice! Getting out of the teens is a huge milestone

Chin length was cute, but always in my eyes. Grrr.

I'm with you, chin length is very flattering on me, I just love my long hair too. Wish I could have both!

I mean you could! Get chin length curtain bangs :D
