Yes, the whole growing-it-out-again takes patience, and maybe a healthy part of ignorance. It won't grow faster with constant worrying and "I should not have...(dyed/cut/worn it down so much/whatever)". This is a thing I often have to remind my impatient self of. :rolleyes:
Pixiebella, I feel you. Short hair makes me look not only like a grumpy school boy, but like one with a massive jawline and kind of strangely-sized head as well.
I prefer the "mean lady with square face" look I apparently get from tight buns. :D

I am not even going to argue with that. Shoulder to APL is a big one, it's ALL awkward lengths on me. Even APL itself is an awkward length on me. Just think about how quick and easy it will be once we're at APL going to BSL. It's just a straight shot--no flip lengths, no triangle-shaped hair, just good old length. :D

Hi! I'm new, and I will be doing the no trim 2017 group, and I haven't trimmed in 16 months currently. I want to join a length specific group, but for curly hair I don't know if you go by curly or stretched length. Here's my hair. [IMG]W https://imgur.com/a/7gNdf[/IMG]

Thanks! Ok, if it's up to me, then I agree with measuring stretched because like you said, it's different every day. The curly pic was wash day, which is when it's tightest and shortest. After sleeping on it, its length is between the two pics. Maybe I will pop over to the apl to bsl group soon and see if they'll take me. =)

I'm glad I helped! I'll pop on the next thread soon too, I am at 52 cm and APL is around 53 cm on me, so I'm really close :cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer:
