Eeew, strangers digging their nails (figuretively lol) to your scalp :thumbsdown: I've read the area under human nails is one of the dirtiest and bacteria richest places on our bodies. If you still go to hairdressers, maybe say in advance that you are VERY tender headed, or request a cut without washing.

Arctic, yes, sometimes I edit. Especially when I look at it and realise some people may not understand at all. I have been told it is stream of consciousness, but I'm not sure that explains it all.
Yea, I just think some people must like that scratching or why would stylists do it? Also had my hair frosted years ago. Oh my......I had doubts that day that I was going to survive the process. I still have nightmares about that lethal crochet hook.

Well with quite simple photo editing you can draw lines on your photos. You can draw shoulder, collarbone and arm pit lines, and maybe one between APL and collarbone or APL and shoulder. It might not have a name (or something like mid-shoulder is great name), but it would be one more visual milestone.

I measured yesterday and came up with an inch longer than last month. Pretty sure that's not right. Will try again later. It's sure not easy to measure hair at this awkward length.
