anyone use the deep cleaning tingly shampoo by Herbal Essences? It's green and it's got this weird tingly feeling when you use it(strangest feeling ever..it pretty much feels like you're pouring rubbing alcohol on your head..i assume, i've never done it LOL) ..but the bottle says it cleans deep to remove build up from hair products...ummm I think it also slowly removes henna. UH OH!! It's not extreme, but I think i can definetly see a difference.. ..am i just being weird??
Yes, Degunkify! I love it, it's clarifying, so...I wouldn't be surprised if it stripped the color :( Sorry!
I haven't tried that shampoo, I stay away from anything which is too clarifying. Any shampoo for normal hair should be strong enough for that.
I would stop using it. Hennaed hair is colored hair, and color will be stripped by harsh shampoos. Use a shampoo for normal hair without any extras if you need clarifying, and perhaps lather twice if you are not satisfied with the result, or use it again a couple of days later.

This is what I was thinking. It's so easy to go too dark with henna. One gloss too many and you might find some of this stuff very handy! I've just removed some of mine with Colorfix - so stinky :( so if this stuff could be used instead, then that would be preferable.Quote:
