I wish lattes were hair-friendly, I say to myself that at least they contain milk with high quality protein... Right :uhh:
For today's dinner I'm planning to make a big salad full of veggies and nuts and also "pasta" made out of red lentil flour instead of wheat, with homemade tomato sauce with tuna, hard bolied eggs and goat cheese. Can't wait :yumm:
Scrambled farm fresh eggs.
Baked beans and garlic bread... I'm sure my hair will love that hahaha 😂
Lentil soup and brown bread...followed with my vitamin drink!
I've been having protein shakes for breakfast. The extra protein is nice.
I also took my supplements today. They aren't for hair growth directly, but I had some deficiencies that were slowing my hair growth down. I'm taking care of those with supplements and as a result, my hair growth has been much better.
Um, I just had some pizza. Does that count, or does it have to be nutritious? :)
protein and green vegetables.
Greek yogurt with half a banana, strawberries, blueberries, granola, and wheat germ
Sausage and peppers for dinner :p
Yesterday DBF and I made a huge fresh salad too, so delicious with a vinaigrette!
Chicken breast and broccoli!
I bet a Reese's big cup doesn't count....:eyebrows:
Breakfast- a kale, chard, spinach, and berry smoothie (various vitamins, antioxidants, protein)
Lunch-protein shake with milk (calcium, protein)
Dinner- eggs on whole grain toast (no salt or butter- just healthy carbs and proteins :D)
Snacks & supplements- a few chocolate covered almonds (vitamins from the almonds. plus, often times chocolate cravings can be fixed by nuts, so I combine the two and consume a lot less chocolate than I would going for a hershey's bar), fish oil, veggie chips (vitamins)
I have totally overhauled my diet to improve hair growth. In the past, I would consume captain crunch, cheez its, multiple chocolate bars, burgers, and so many other things that need to be consumed in moderation!
