Eggs with breakfast, steak and greens with dinner :p
Apple with almond butter, hard boiled egg,
V8 with banana, almond butter, peptides, and strawberries. Need to drink more water though.
A boat load of French fries with a nice side salad and a "curry worst" aka deep fried sausage of some kind that is really popular here. Big dinner, for sure, because I had a heaping plate full.
Omelet w mushrooms and tomatoes, working on a smoothie with spinach, almond butter, blk berries, and 1/2 banana. Very little water/can't cram anything else into my stomach.
This thread is an interesting concept to me because hair and diet are not generally things I connect but maybe I should!
I adopted a whole food plant based diet a few months ago. I choose to adhere to what many would consider a low fat and high carb diet but I love how I feel with it. I have been vegan for 18+ years before making this particular change. I'm far from perfect with it but I have noticed that my skin has improved a lot and I wonder if it will also support my hair goals!
It means that I don't eat oil, so all the oil at my place is only for my skin and hair, not for eating lol.
