ooh today was a very medium day for hair-health eating. I ate a ton of mixed nuts/dried fruit for lunch and tonight am having sushi for dinner? :yikes:

PROTEIN! Definitely my favorite thing to eat for my hair whether it is meat, cheese, yogurt, or whole grains. I never struggle to get my protein intake but if I don't I usually feel bleh and tired so it's a must for me.
