Steaks with some lettuce, bell pepper and red onion. A hot drink based on soy milk with raw cocoa powder, organic peanut butter, MCT oil and mascarpone cheese. Supplements.

Same here! I am also cutting back on coffee and black tea and instead drinking more water and herbal teas. I'm consciously making an effort not to drink coffee with meals because it may inhibit absorption of iron.

Brown rice, veggies, and tofu. More brown rice. I'll be having letover potato leek soup for dinner with a green salad that has greens, cucumbers, and red cabbage. Maybe some shredded carrot too? Lots of water, tea, a couple cups of coffee. Supplements (iron, D, B12, flaxseed oil, the iron and B12 are together in one supplement).

Spinach, banana, mixed frozen fruits, oats, peanut butter and coconut milk smoothie. Shakshuka. Pork and bramley apple sausages. Cheese biscuits.

PB oatmeal. A banana. Chicken and rice. White chocolate bar. Water and tea.

Two pork steaks with salad (lettuce, cucumber, olive oil). Low-carb pancakes with raspberries. A soy milk-based hot drink with raw cocoa powder, organic peanut butter and mascarpone cheese.

Today I've had pre-natal and MSM vitamins, a glass of milk, lots of water. Breakfast was a spoonful of coconut oil with toast. Lunch (post-gym) was a big bowl of turkey chili. Dinner will be tofu stir fried with broccoli over shirataki noodles.
Me too! I love the dedication people show to it. I haven't been eating well lately (undereating due to illness) and posting on here again helps me keep track of things.
