Green juice before breakfast (trying to make this a daily habit!!), coffee with cream, oatmeal, bluberries, chicken soup, and some kimchi and roasted veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, asparagus, brussels sprouts, baby broccoli) on the side of my soup.
Gonna cook Swedish meatballs for dinner tonight and probably finish the roasted veggies

Extra meaty homemade low-carb pizza. Chicken and avocado. Serrano ham. Dark chocolate. Coffee with heavy cream.
So. Much. Food today. And I might not even be done yet :lol:

Homemade oat bran sourdough muffins with walnuts & green tea for breakfast, tomato soup & chickpea puff chips for lunch, yogurt & herbal tea for a snack, warming up yesterday’s homemade chicken veggie soup for dinner, may have some oyster crackers for my hungry tummy… not my hair!

Stuffed sweet bell pepper halves (stuffed with homemade meaty/veggie spaghetti sauce and topped with marble cheese and fresh herbs). :smile:

Oh those stuffed peppers look delicious! I had raspberries, raisins, peanuts, and rotisserie chicken.

French fries, a whole heaping plate, with stew meat, salt and a little mayo. Yummmmy!

Pork breakfast sausage, a fried egg, a slice of whole wheat toast with cream cheese, lots of herbal tea, water, and some green tea.

I used up some leftover rotisserie chicken salad and added raisins, chopped apple, flaked coconut, quartered and sliced banana, peanuts, a dollop of mayonnaise and some curry paste to taste. It was delicious. Yogurt for snack
