B complex liquid, green tea, magnesium drink, peanuts, spinach, chicken, water, goat's cheese, exercised.... next up, beet juice! Really noticing new baby growth with this juice!
Has anybody ever tried eating coconut oil for growth? I heard some victorias secret model eats two spoon fulls of coconut oil a day for healthy long hair. Hmmmm....
Yes! I forgot to add coconut oil! lol Eating and applying it has helped with softness and definitely keeps things healthy! :)
I have been adding powdered gelatine to my coffee in the mornings (about a teaspoon). Also eating a few fruit juice sweetened gummy bears (for the gelatine). Today I ate eggs, coconut oil, liver, took my multi vitamin, and drank some herbal tea with nettles, red raspberry leaf, horsetail and oat straw!
eggs, cottage cheese, pork for protein and fat
potatoes, 2 apples, banana+berries and pear for carbs

Heard about eating coconut oil and that it is good for weight management. Not tried though.
I ate chicken breast, curry goat (Jamaican dish made with lamb) and bacon.

Eggs for breakfast. Pad thai for lunch. Soup for dinner, and some roasted potatoes too. and some hot chocolate for uh............. calcium ;)

For dinner I ate salmon for good fats and protein, eggs for more protein, and mushrooms for even more protein.
For my hair specifically....2 hair, skin and nail supplements every day :) I eat a very healthy paleo (ish) diet daily!
My food intake lately has not been balanced at all,but today I tried to remedy that.

Broth! I hear a good, hearty broth is good eats for the hair, and today my mom just so happened to be making soup, so I snatched some broth to drink.
I've been having a protein bar for breakfast recently, hope it helps boost my growth! Adding gelatin to my morning juice as well.

I've been changing my diet a little bit since paleo (which I have followed several months) isn't working for me. I'm adding back dairy in form of cottage cheese and changing ratios (more fruits & starches and less fat). I hope that it will show on my hair :)
haven't eaten yet, but just went grocery shopping yesterday so I stocked up on avocados, sweet potatoes, eggs, bananas, raspberries, broccoli... is milk good for hair too? Oh and I eat salmon at least once a week :D Oh, and for the past few years it's become a habit to drink a big glass of water first thing in the morning! I don't know why I do that instead of juice or coffee, just a habit that my hair probably loves!
I'm staying in a hotel for the next month so I'm limited to a microwave to cook, but for lunch I'm having a tuna avocado wrap and hummus with chips (I just can't be completely healthy, can I?)

i had a glass of carrot juice with diatomaceous earth, a boiled egg and about to make a green smoothie with protein.
Protein bar and a huge glass of water with lemon in it.
Two slices cheese cake one coffee 6 oz breakfast

Fresh orange juice, a banana and a spoonful of peanut butter, and a large glass of water with an iron pill.
Awakening this dead thread to report that I have eaten not only for my hair but the good of my body as well:
-Green tea with honey
-Teaspoon of coconut oil down the hatch, nothing else mixed with it.
And
-Oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts.
For lunch I will be having a salad. :D
A cup of quark with honey. :)

I had fried eggs for breakfast (protein!) and a handfull of almonds for lunch. I took some vitamins and calcium tablets also.
Avocado with salt and a bit of lemon juice. Delish.
