My daily 2 eggs, lots of veggies and chicken breast. Also a mix of nuts.

The first part of the day didn't really eat properly, just short on time, so made up for it with dinner! Foods today include peanut butter, egg fried rice with tomatoes. some salami and blood sausage when i got home. Dinner is a handful of grilled large prawns on fine rice noodles (cold:eaten as a salad)with red onion, lettuce, grated carrot and lots of cilantro. dressed with soy, garlic,lime ginger dressing and three grilled chicken wings.
Mac and cheese with cranberry sauce and turkey! Yay for leftovers!

My hair likes eggs. It has been very satisfied with my diet lately.
8 pastured duck eggs with plenty of bacon and kerrygold cheese.
Smoked salmon maki, shiitake maki and other fishless veg maki. Omega 3 EFA from the fish and minerals from the nori.
Steelcut oatmeal with flax, chia, sesame, and sunflower seeds, and cheese.
Cinnamon flavoured quark, pickled hering with onions and fresh raw milk... wish that could be a daily thing ;)
2 soft boiled eggs and cheddar cheese with peanutbutter.
A veggie burger and two eggs so far!

Eggs, mushrooms and veggie salad with olive oil for breakfast. Salmon with carrots and cooked zucchini noodles for lunch. For a snack lots of veggies and apple, persimmon and a nut mix. I feel like everything I eat is good for hair :D
My mum made lunch and dinner.. I have small portions of everything so sometimes I eat a lot of different foods but small amounts of everything.
Breakfast- Weetabix with soya milk, banana.
Lunch- Baked sweet potato, avocado and salmon. Two clementines.
Dinner- Rice, green beans. Meat with lentils & canned sardines.
Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, onions, herbs, butter and bacon for breakfast. Not a fan of mushrooms but they need to be used and are health, too. Also had an umeboshi as snack... yes, consider me a fan of 'icky' health food ;)
greek yogurt with fresh berries, a banana, small apple with peanut butter, tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with fresh spinach and tomatoes, side of cucumbers, and dinner will most likely consist of turkey with lots of veggies. :)
Rainbow trout overload and salade nicoise. Seems like eggs are my new main source of daily protein (and various other nutrients that are good for one's hair).

Mutton stew with carrots and potatoes.
Peanut butter on toast. Bacon and eggs.spaghetti with prawns cooked in olive oil + butter with garlic, onions, tomato puree, spinach, asparagus, chard and sweet little orange peppers. Cheddar cheese on top melted. Will keep me going til dinner.

Asian chicken stew and Brussels sprouts for dinner. I also made chili and chicken for the next few days!
For breakfast I had a cranberry english muffin with a few blobs of coconut oil and tea, for lunch I failed at eating healthy. I had ice cream and french fries lol
right now for dinner I'm having steal cut oatmeal, with a whole apple chopped up, brown sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil, and a tablespoon of PB. Oh, and a tall glass of cranberry juice.
Went to the gym and had a hard and good workout. Trying to grow my booty AND my hair :P
Some of the things I ate today:
Protein shake (28g of protein), almond milk (calcium and protein), apple (vitamins), took my supplements (biotin, MSM, daily multi. will take my collagen and folic acid later), and ate two wraps with lots of protein and veggies.
small baguette with tuna, garlic, herbs and cheddar cheese melted in oven. Chicken casserole that I cooked yesterday: carrots, celery,bay leaf, tomato, onion, garlic, blackeyed beans. Served with a sprinkling of fresh mint and parsley. Homemade strawberry milkshake, and remembered to take my multi vit and iron today.
Whey protein shake , avocado, yogurt , greens , lots of water ;)

2 eggs fried in olive oil, chicken/vegetable soup, and lots of WATER.
salmon, cashew nuts and jelly tots. Well they do have fruit extract in them!!!

Two eggs and green tea for breakfast, I should really start eating more leafy greens though.
So far this morning, Freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 bananas, some blueberries and strawberries. Yummy:)
