Still eating a bunch of chili and pho.. lol, and now I've got an emergency can of organic baked beans at my desk xD Drinking lots of water, coconut water, and juice with turmeric, orange and carrot.

I mean, fruit 😋 contain vitamins and are delicious.
Salmon soup. Smetana.
Pumpkin seeds, breakfast burrito with eggs and turkey sausage, pear, chopped salad with kale, broccoli, and cabbage.
Dinner will either be Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables (if I feel like going to the store) or French onion white bean soup (if I don't).
I had a vegan protein shake, a protein smoothie bowl (w dragon fruit, chia seeds, pineapple) and a CAVA falafel bowl with roasted veggies, brown rice, and spinach
Fruit and hummus. Sunday lol. Now chicken for dinner and eggplants.
Eggs. Lately I've also been eating soy and tofu.

Amla, spinach, banana, kiwi, peanut powder all in one smoothie. I think I'll have French omelette for dinner, I don't know yet.

Natural yoghurt with walnuts, grapes and dates, ham with grapes and mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts), homemade egg fried rice, chinese chicken curry and satay, clementine, +10g marine collagen and supplements :)
Started the day with oatmeal and 2 fried eggs, lots of water, chaga tea, vitamins, and now saving my appetite for a big turkey dinner with all the traditional sides and desserts for Thanksgiving. I’ll be focusing on the turkey and veggies! I also got a wedge of brie for appetizer, pretty sure the hair gods will reward me. :cheese:

Cucumber. Or actually I ate it to support my diet, but I found out it's rich in nutrients and contains for example silica and biotin. Maybe I could start to eat one cucumber daily...

Leftover Thanksgiving food: turkey, sweet potatoes, broccolini, and cranberries.
2 hard boiled eggs, smoothie of spinach, almond butter, and banana; salmon, sweet potatoes, and turkey curry w veggies over couscous.
Roast dinner leftovers, steak burger with stilton and chips, clementines.
Sunbutter on sourdough blueberry pancakes and an apple for breakfast, rice and beans with broccoli for lunch

Carrots, tomatoes, and a smoothie with strawberries, dragonfruit, and berries with protein powder
Steak and potatoes, only thing I've been able to stomach all day :/ migraines suck
Chicken and avocado.
Roast lamb with carrots, onions and roast baby potatoes! Pork loins, dates, banana, clementines... lemon and ginger tea because suddenly sick. And my usual vitamins and collagen. Good day of eating just hope I feel better tomorrow.
Just coffee so far this morning but yesterday I had turkey, spinach, carrots, and chicken

Sandwich with ham and cheese.
Pearl barley with meatballs and broccoli :D

I've had such cravings for avocado these past couple of days! Not the most environmentally friendly craving, but oh well.
ETA: Also wiener sausages now.
