Fun side-effect! My daily broth has built up the cartilage in my knees and I'm walking on cushions again. Yay! I've never been consistent enough long enough to experience this.

I ate 2 eggs today. I've also been eating peanutbutter.
Oh, I ate my 8 eggs as usual also! Thanks for the reminder, hanne jensen! Also 2 chunks of lamb liver.
Wow, peanut butter and eggs are good for your hair? Good to know! I do wonder why I'm not far beyond classic though - I eat peanut butter on a daily basis. :D
I also ate quite some fruits, a few nuts and a quinoa salad. Tonight I'll take some additional Vitamin B12 and D pills as well.
The most wicked dark chocolate with salted caramel that I could find. And smoked cheese and tea. It made me eat it - honest!
On a serious note I will be having Eggs Benedict for tea (protein-tastic) and assorted vitamins and omega 3 (that must do something for hair, surely?)
Is pizza good for your hair?? :)
(seriously though I usually have eggs for breakfast and try and include nuts/seeds in my diet too).
Hmm...ok I'll play. Two fried eggs over sautéed spinach, grapes, vitamins. Have a green smoothie to take to work with greens (obviously), a quarter of a beet, pineapple, tuna fruit, and my "supplements": diatomaceous earth, gelatin, protein powder, msm. I mix those all together and keep in a jar to put in my smoothie, so much easier.
Omg, I sound so healthy...I'm going to just pretend that I didn't eat mountains of junk over the weekend and let you guys think I'm all health conscious n stuff.
I started adding chia seeds to whatever I can.
Tons of protein: two cups of Greek yogurt, and a fish appetizer plate with shrimp, herring, salmon and trout.
Peanutbutter. Im in heaven...
Salmon, and a lot :D
walnuts and almonds, lols. I need some shiny hair ;)
Ate alot of carbs in the day. :0/ making up for lack of protein by having pulled pork in omelette, in garlic, parsley and green chilli. With spicy prawn paste on rice with lime. Then some ground pork soup on rice noodles with greens and raw beet grated.
My daily dose of fish oil.
Kimchi. yum yum!
Meiji collagen mixed with plain water..(daily)
Pound of chicken liver, 8 eggs, kombucha.
A bunch of sunflower seeds and some yoghurt.
I thought sunflower seeds were generally bad for fur, feathers, etc?
almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, eggs, veggies and fruits
Carrots and potatoes (including peel) roasted with rosemary. Also a dose of stinging nettle leaf (I take it for other reasons, but I believe it has a positive impact on my hair). And black coffee with a dash of pumpkin pie spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, etc.). I also had a "protein bar," which I think are basically just candy bars, but at least it had nuts and added protein. Maybe that's something. :)
My beginning wasn't good but my dinner we be a little fresh made tomato soup.
I have just begun the day with some freshly squeezed orange juice and a banana.
12 ounces of wild pink salmon cooked in bacon grease. Saturated fat isn't just good for your hormonal system, it's also great for skin and hair!
I ate. I actually didn't get busy and forget to eat. I'll call that good now. I also made a very nice soup stock to use for things, one that's full of gelatin, but that will be eaten later.
3 egg omelet this morning ( shared with my 1 year old) so more like 1.5 egg omelet :)
Homemade chicken broth, egg noodles and large prawns and egg put in with tom yum sauce. Spring onion. Ground chilli to add a kick to the soup. Baby spinach and chard. Grilled chicken.
Eggs and avocado. Also lots of water and green tea.
Breakfast: 2 eggs (scrambled with sriracha, mushrooms and dill)
Lunch: Part of a calzone
Dinner: (cooking right now!) Fish with roasted veggies
I'm about to make a huge batch of beef chimichangas sooooo that's protein for the hair and delicious cheesy beef goodness for me ^_^
Noodles with meatballs count? Lot's of vitamins in the salad to go with it too.
A cup of brown rice with about 2 cups of lentil soup and a vegetable curry for lunch and beet root juice for snack.
Today I have been eating just for me and not my hair. My hair gets the best every other day. Today is just me-time :) Lots of naughty food.
For breakfast I had crunchy organic peanut butter on sourdough bread. Lunch in an hour and a half will probably be eggs, maybe an omelette.
Also took my Omega 3 fish oils and vitamin c, zinc and hyaluronic acid (which is more for my skin than for my hair but you never know, it might do something for hair too)
Eggs! I wish chocolate counted tho.
Chicken, beans, pickles and yummy dried sweet potatoes.
Kale sauteed in garlic and salt, plus a little bit of rice.
So good and so easy to cook.
Brown rice baked with spinach and cheddar cheese (+ spices); black beans.
A banana, 2 eggs w/ olive oil, walnuts, shrimp, and 2 L of water.
Catfish! :)
And baked potato with cheese and broccoli for my supper.
