I've never had whale before, what is it like?
Pumpkin seeds, multivitamin
I eat eggs and peanut butter for my hair. I saw a fellow LHC member say PB really helped her hair so I'm trying it out. I don't care for fish or avocado.
Oranges, plums, multivitamin, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, cucumber
Today I ate an egg, avocado, nuts and I'm about to drink a milkshake with blueberries and linseed. I also added a tablespoon of mixed seeds.
Peanut butter toast and a coffee then for lunch I had cabonara pasta, I'm not sure what I'll have for dinner

Hardboiled eggs with goat cheese on toast, dark chocolate covered pretzels w/peanut butter, & chicken bolognese with fennel planned later for dinner.
More berries, peanuts, raisins, cheese, and chicken. Later we're having pork chops and green beans
Fruits, almonds, cashew and walnuts. Greek style yoghurt. Vitamins.
Blueberry fig bars, with pea milk for protein in my coffee, and prepping turkey burgers with chard, tomato, and grilled eggplant and zucchini for dinner in a bit. Oops I forgot my vitamins today, I’ll make sure to pack them with my food for tomorrow!

I had oatmeal with wheatgerm, collagen, and an egg.
One egg, legumes, fruits and vegetables with fish oil capsules and Hairburst. I will take a yogurt later.
Hard boiled eggs and fig bars for breakfast, turkey and cheese sandwich with a BIG slice of tomato & a lot of spinach for lunch, pork loin & mixed greens for dinner. Loving having hard boiled eggs on hand, yum!

I had oatmeal this morning with flax seeds and peanut butter. A nice big arugula salad with tomato, cucumbers, and avocado for dinner. Lots of water.
Not for that reason specifically, but I've been having Brazil nuts the last few days. I just like them.
A nutricionist I went to once said that 6 Brazil nuts have all the selenium you need for a day.
So far, 2 eggs with a lot of kale, leeks, onion, and cheese. Multivitamin plus extra vitamin D (rainy today) & fish oil. I had crackers but that was not for my hair. Later his evening I’ll have a bowl of beef chili.

I had a big wad of peanut butter on toast with a little fig jam for brunch that filled me up for a long while. And some dark chocolate covered almonds for a snack. Gonna have a big dinner in a few minutes, a nice size chicken breast, and some grilled zucchini & maybe some potato salad. I did remember my supplements today, fish oil & multivitamin. Drank lots of water, had some sugar free soda and chaga for added hydration. Grow, hair, grow!

I put chia seeds in my oatmeal. I also had lots of blueberries and a few almonds as a snack today.
Salmon & cream cheese on an english muffin for breakfast, and potato salad with grilled zucchini & a hard boiled egg for lunch. Lots of water but skipped the fish oil & vitamin D supplements due to getting plenty without :p

I had left overs. Chicken with saute green bells peppers and onions and jalapenos and rice
2 bags of plain M and Ms and two of the lemon lime mint juices and 2 liters of water and a few cups of black tea
I know its not all healthy I am really trying to do better
Fresh salad with lettuce and cucumber + a tablespoon of olive oil (lunch) and a small portion of cheese.
My dinner was not at all healthy though :)

I made a beetroot, orange and raspberry smoothie. It was pretty tasty! I also started drinking butterfly pea tea but I mix it with speamint to make it taste better.
Smoked salmon; pistachios; lentils; broccoli. Probably have some peanut butter later with hair in mind.
