I ate a ton of avacado today because i noticed my hair grows faster when I eat avacado more often.

Coffee so far. I'll probably make up some tuna salad for dinner.
Two cups of black coffee, then for lunch I made a tahini dressing and put it on a whole wheat pita with swiss chard and greek yogurt + lemon juice and I wasn't expecting much but it was actually soooo good. Even the cat licked my fingers. I've been trying to get in a lot of healthy fats and water for my hair and skin, among other things.
Prenatal vitamins, egg
Yesterday I had egg, bacon, avocado, chia seeds, oats, green tea, chicken, brown rice, and more egg! I did well yesterday and eating well really does make a difference for me. Today I'm hoping to do just as well :)
Cottage cheese, green salat full of lettuce, beetroot, broccli, and few more greens, then more vegetables and some rice for lunch 😇
I also take multivitamin and omega 3 capsules on alternate days
Today I have done well! Lots of coffee with whole milk; fish, peas and buttered boiled potatoes; a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich with seeded bread; and I'm about to have a bowl of porridge oats with an iron supplement. :) hoping to get egg and avocado in tomorrow.

Coffee for breakfast, catfish and tea for lunch, and lima beans with rice and tea for dinner.
Oatmeal with apple sauce and cinnamon, cold cocoa drink, vanilla quark, rye bread with turkey, mustard and lettuce, and macaroni casserole with soy granules and ketchup.
Lots of coffee, cheese and tomato toastie with seeded bread, and I'm about to devour some chicken and pork with rice. I imagine I'll have oats for supper too :)
Today I had coffee, iron and b12 supps with OJ, tuna and cheese toasted sandwich on seeded bread, and soon I will have some hot oats with whole milk :)

Today I ate whole wheat pasta with tuna and olives for lunch.
Cinnamon and apple oatmeal with chia seeds. Tuna and cheese quesadilla. Yogurt and muesli. French fries and mozzarella sticks.

I had a pizza as a cheat meal today :P. I also ate bananas, eggs and whole wheat bread the rest of the day to balance my macros.
Let's see, this morning I had a small bowl of chili (beef, tomato, buckwheat grouts, butternut squash, butter beans, red kidney beans, ghost peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and spices) and a cup of 1/2 coffee, 1/2 cordycep tea with cream and honey and for lunch I had a kale salad with turkey, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, carrots, and blue cheese.
For dinner, I'm going to make pork schnitzel with spiced apples, latkes and a roasted cabbage. :)
Today I ate baked beans with chicken breast. I also started taking a multivitamin (with iron and D3) as per my GP’s recommendation.
Spinach lasagna rolls with gluten free brown rice pasta, and lemon tea.
Fresh strawberries. A chipotle cheddar cheese stick. Roasted butternut squash soup (butternut squash, carrots, celery, onion) and a salad with greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and hemp hearts. A clementine. Lots of water. Tea. Supplements (B12, iron, vitamin D).
Eggs, peas, oats and yogurt :D.
For breakfast I made a scrambled egg, cheddar cheese, and canadian bacon sandwich on an english muffin. Lunch consisted of coffee with a chocolate and coconut milk reishi mushroom supplement x) For dinner I'm making a balsamic marinated london broil, with roasted brussels sprouts and red, purple, and yellow mini potatoes as sides.
Breakfast burrito with soy chorizo, cheese, air-fried potatoes, and a scrambled duck egg. Fresh strawberries. Salad with greens, cucumber, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Butternut squash soup that also has carrots, celery, and onion. Strawberry greek yogurt. Water and supplements (B12, iron, vitamin D)
Pot roast with rice and gravy. My 30g protein shake and a baloney sandwich with chips. Hmm, not very healthy today.

I made amazing salmon soup yesterday, so I'll be having some more of that today! Other than that, coffee with fatty cream and MCT oil, and tea with ashwagandha. Also electrolytes and vit. D.
Today I had a coffee, in the mourning with some arrowroot biskets , in the afternoon I had juice and bbq pork buns in the early evening I made my mother and myself one of those sashets packets of mocha we call them fluffies.
For a late dinner I had rump steak medium rare and a sweet potato salad.
Lastly I just had a peppermint and sparemint tea, I'll probably make another coffee or something if I ever go back into the kitchen
Peanut butter overnight oats, one boiled egg, rye bread with cheese and butter, pasta with spinach and ricotta cheese, rice and chicken, and a ginger bread cookie.
A gigantic bowl of rice, sweet corn, spinach and chicken breast. Also eggs and a sandwich.
