Hah, can't say I eat anything special.
Cornflakes with skimmed milk, chopped bananas and raisins for breakfast, with a side of orange juice and black coffee (not together, hah!). Soup for lunch with some brown buttered bread. A really big portion of tomato pasta (with added chopped mushrooms or red kidney beans for bulk) for dinner. Occassional snacks throughout the day. Lots of water. Biotin, B12 and D3 supplements.

Lots of beans and veggies! Finding it hard to considerably up my protein intake as a vego... but trying! Might look into protein powder smoothies?

Yesterday: Beef with Finnish squeaky cheese and some cucumber. Low-carb chia seed porridge. Lots of tea with fatty cream and cinnamon. Supplements.
Today: Meat loaf with egg (within the loaf) and some cucumber. Low-carb rhubarb pie. Organic coffee, and lots of tea with fatty cream and cinnamon. Supplements.
OT: According to Grammarly, a browser addon, my text in this post sounds angry. :lol:
OT2: Now after writing the OT above, it sounds primarily "confident".

I made an omelette for breakfast with lots of vegetables and a little bit of cheese... yum!

Some greek yogurt as a snack. For lunch I had hummus and veggies with some pretzel crisps. It was pretty good! I really like peppers, but I don't think I like them with hummus.

Earl grey tea.
Poached eggs on wholemeal toast with marmite and butter.
An orange.
Handful of cashew / almonds.
Haven’t had my tea yet... think it’s a homemade quorn curry with brown rice and peas.
And 2L of water.

Pulled pork with herbal butter. Low-carb skyr. Chicken with skin. Coffee, and tea with fatty cream and cinnamon. Dark chocolate. Supplements.

Stir fried broccoli, courgette, chilli, potato and egg.
An orange.
Last night’s leftover quorn curry (we always make enough for 2 days) with sweet potato, green beans, peas and cous cous.

Bone broth with minced meat and cabbage. Pork steak and bacon with salad (lettuce, cucumber, cottage cheese, EVOO, butter). Organic coffee. Supplements.
That's an unusually large amount of plants for me, haha! My stomach hasn't rebelled as of yet, luckily.

Roasted potatoes. Air-fried tofu with spring greens, kale, and quinoa. Cotton candy grapes. Coffee, water, supplements.

Before I eat in the morning I drink 2 cups of water at least.
Then I had a macro bar because I didn't feel like eating a full meal but I needed protein.
I had a bowl of oatmeal with oat milk (extra on the oats obviously) and some coconut sugar thrown in and took my daily multivitamins.
After that I had some sourdough toast with plant-based cream cheese.
Apple pieces with some plant-based caramel sauce.
Now I'm cooking up some banza pasta (made from chickpeas) with some vegetables.

Veg soft tacos for lunch with chips & salsa; gooseberries & some chocolate with coffee in the afternoon; a lovely spread of ham, salami, tomatoes, beet crackers, olives, hummus, cheeses, carrots, and blackberries for supper - happy Friday y’all

I've been terrible so far today...( muffins and peanut butter and loads of coffee) but I am looking at all these ideas and thinking of making a very healthy vegetable soup later with bone broth.

I’m making a lentil stew with sausage, barley, sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes, butternut squash, peas, spinach, carrots, nettle, other herbs, coconut milk, stewed tomatoes, V8, coconut milk, and beef broth. Onions and garlic of course! Afterthought ingredients after tasting: honey and hot sauce
And because it’s the season, pumpkin pie.

Salmon. A couple of pieces of 90% dark chocolate. Coffee with butter and fatty cream. Supplements (vitamin D, multi and electrolytes).

I had chickpeas in my greens salad yesterday and hummus on pita with leftover steak today, I heard chickpeas are good for your hair and healthy in general. Today I also had blue Naked juice, black coffee, and pasta with cauliflower sauteed in garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and red pepper flakes and topped with lots of parmesean shavings.

So I don't have a huge appetite and getting all the things I need isn't happening by just eating, so I take my vitamins and drink protein drinks. I switched yesterday to the Equate brand High performance protein. It's 30 grams of protein per 11 ounce bottle. It's not the best tasting one I've tried, but I need the extra protein. I drink 2 a day to supplement what I'm not getting in my diet.

Banana, pear with brie cheese, mandarins, soup with sweet potato and black beans, dark chocolate, herbal tea and coffee, supplements (iron, B12, D)
I will be eating/ate a lot of fruit today :yumm:

Almonds and ordered a slew of supplements that will also help w. my hair (blood test revealed deficiency).
