Today, I had two glasses of collagen powder mixed in with water (chocolate flavor, yummy!) Chicken over coleslaw for lunch. 2 small Ensure breakfast shakes and a yogurt parfait with fresh fruit as post-gym dinner. MSM pill and my boyfriend's daily multivitamin because I've run out of my prenatal vitamins. :)
Edit: I did not take my boyfriend's vitamins from him...I just took a serving from his bottle LOL! I still made sure he took his :)

Chocolate chip muffin. Goat milk. Yogurt with shredded coconut, dried cranberries and walnuts. Grilled chicken and asparagus over a bed of brown rice. Supplements.

Today I've had a banana, an avocado, 2 boiled eggs, mango kefir. Right now I'm having tomato and basil soup with matcha tea and later after work I'll probably have some roasted sweet potato and dumplings.

Yesterday: Pork steaks with salad (lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber and red onion). Coffee. Raw cocoa in almond milk with mascarpone cheese and peanut butter. One mozzarella cheese ball which tasted funny, and then I realised they had gone bad and had to toss them. Supplements.

Monday I just had two slices of leftover takeaway pizza, almonds, then a bake with potato gnocchi, lentils, feta and mozzarella, spinach, red onion, courguette, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes.
Yesterday: Tropical granola with almond milk, dates and banana. Vegan Subway (the veggie patty) on multigrain bread. Mango and chickpea curry. (accidental vegan day, yay) :p
Today: Smoothie (spinach, mango, banana, peanut butter, almond milk, oats). Later I'm making potato chowder for tea.

DBF and I had sushi today to celebrate our anniversary (for the second time this autumn :laugh:) and Samhain. I felt like garbage afterwards and had to take a nap. :lol: When will I learn?
I'll have some steak later today to get my body back on track.

Just got up from Ognissanti (Allsaints) family lunch with my maternal side of the family. We ate black olives, Parmigiano cheese, ham and sesame breadsticks as appetizers; then fresh tagliatelle and gnocchi with meat and peas ragout, salad, roasted potatoes, broiled quails wrapped in bacon and filled with minced bacon,juniper, black pepper, rosemary.
Finally coffee with fave dei morti, which is a kind of almond biscuits that are typical of Halloween season here in Italy, made with almond flour.
We'll skip dinner this evening ;)

Peanut butter. I made a fruit salad with grapes, strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, banana, pecans and Greek yogurt. I made enough of this to snack on for a couple more days. Also had chicken and veggie wrap. Chocolate chip cookies. Goat milk. Supplements.
