Today I've had whole grain cereal called, "Cherrios," and for lunch I had peanut butter and jelly sandwich with dorito chips.

I've had my B-12 and MSM vitamins, three pink lady apples (I read somewhere they help with hair growth and they're delicious/healthy so I'm not complaining) and now for dinner I have a Tesco finest king prawn spaghetti ready meal for protein. The three single serving tiramisus on the other hand...

I had peanut butter on 3 slices of raisin bread for breakfast, for lunch I had a subway tuna sandwich with mayo, veggie chips, and a drink. For dinner I had some more peanut butter. I had 1 sandwich an a half of peanut butter, and a cherry coke zero drink.
Can I post about yesterday, since I only had breakfast so far today? I had oatmeal, raisins, and yoghurt for breakfast, minced beef with cream and tomato sauce + a tortilla (makeshift tacos...) for lunch, and patties with potatoes and lingonberries for dinner (mum's cooking :crush:) plus a wheat bread and cheese sandwich at four AM this morning 'cause I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep since I was so hungry. And a few bananas throughout the day to stay awake during lessons...
I had 3 slices of raisin bread and 3 tablespoonfuls of peanut butter spread all on it for breakfast, and for lunch I had cabbage, rice, 2 sausage links, 2 pieces of potatoes, and some cornbread. For dinner I will eat another 3 tablespoonfuls of peanut butter for a sandwich an a half, and some orange juice to drink.
Had avocado tonight.

This morning I ate 2 slices of raisin bread with peanut butter spread on it, and 1 banana. For lunch I ate a fruit salad containing: an orange, a small apple, grapes, and another banana. For protein I had 2 wieners. For super I'm going to eat cooked cabbage and cornbread.

Honey nut Cheerios cereal, a banana, some grapes, an boiled egg sandwich, and an 8oz glass of water to drink. For super I'm planning on eating a peanut butter sandwich and a coca-cola zero soft drink.

Breakfast: 1 pan fried egg and 2 pieces of bacon and a donut
Lunch: steak and 1/2 an avocado
Dinner: baked black bean taquitos with guacamole ( the other 1/2 of the previously mentioned avocado)
Not a bad day. If I get hungry later, I'll have some Activia yogurt for desert (frozen, yum!)

This morning I ate 3 slices raisin bread with 3 tablespoonfuls of peanut butter on it, and half of a cataloupe, for lunch I have Zaxby's 3 chicken tenders, french fries, and a brownie.
For lunch, I had a sausage with broccoli and bok choy. For dinner, I'm having salmon with green beans and mushrooms. :) I'm also having peanuts as a snack right now for a bit of extra protein; I live a very low carb lifestyle but the extra protein works well for my hair too. ;)

Made a really awesome sandwich today that probably had a lot of protein. It was two eggs omelette style with melted cheddar cheese topped with a simple homemade pico (tomato, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, and salt/pepper) and finished off with some hot sauce. All on an everything bagel. I was full from breakfast to dinner! Dinner was a fried chicken breast and sauteed cauliflower. Lots of water all day and coffee of course- hopefully caffeine makes hair grow. Now having strawberries and cantaloupe for a little snack.
Some raspberries for breakfast, was out for lunch and had an asparagus sandwich, and am just cooking salmon with rice, broccoli and tomato for dinner.
For breakfast fried eggs and sauerkraut to which I've had a sort of addiction for years. I hope it's very good for me. :D
I eat oatmeal with a large spoonful of peanut butter mixed in for breakfast every morning. Try to have some kind of vegetables for lunch & usually a meat based meal at night with my husband.
I had some rice, and an avocado.
So far, an omelette and some raspberries.
Lots of green veggies so far today :D
