More gummy bears (I finished the bag, thank goodness, I have no self control). Oatmeal with blueberries, a smoothie (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, pomegranate, banana, spinach, yogurt and almond milk), trail mix (cranberries, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds).
I did a 4 mile run today so will treat myself to a protein bowl for dinner (sweet potatos, corn, beans, avocado, onions, spinach, cheese) and a chocolate cookie :o
A Big Mac Cactus Plant Flea Market meal XD I got Hamburglar :) I think this is the first? second? time I've ever had a Big Mac...they are so sweet and sour (pickles). I usually get a Happy Meal Cheeseburger...so I guess I've grown up now XD
Whirly Girly...I didn't know they had Thanksgiving in Canada! Someone told me they only had "Boxing Day (which I learned is called that because it's the day that servants got off. Their employers would give them Christmas Boxes to take home...neat, huh? I thought it was the day a lot of Canadians would move before I knew the real reason...sigh, but at least I know a thing now!)" It's Columbus Day this weekend for us, I think? My mom is back to making Sunday-soup (that lasts us the week). Full of carrots (750grams) and minestrone (1KG) veggies. Yes! It's awesome with this cooler weather.

I made a cheese pizza with my new Carolina Reaper pepper flakes sprinkled over top :yumm: I previously used Habanero flakes and was gifted the Reaper version for my birthday. Spicy food increases circulation right? Good for hair growth? :p
I usually cook a couple of eggs in my microwave for breakfast in the morning. I douse them with scorpion pepper sauce. This used to be killer hot but not anymore. I've no more tastebuds
