A yogurt with ground flax seeds, granola and a banana mixed in.
Granola, prawn baguette, yoghurt, veg, drank lots of water and my hair vitamins.
Various greens and veggies and even more veggies.
Collagen powder in coffee. It's made an immense difference to the strength of my nails, they're almost unbendable. If it does similar things for my hair, I'm going to be a very happy cat indeed.
Also, my joints ache much less.
Raw garlic for hair and nail, multiple vitamin, various nuts, also Chinese people believe all grains and fruits that have a very dark/almost black color help with getting your hair black and healthy (sometimes even turn gray hair black), so I will eat something like black sesame, black wolfberry (gou qi), mulberry, black rice, black soy bean, black date, black raisins…
A banana, avocado, granola bar with nuts, cheese quesadilla, and a multivitamin. Oh! And a chocolate chip muffin with black coffee (they're dark, right?:))
Overnight oats made with chia, dried fruits, yogurt, and coconut milk, along with 2 coffees each with a scoop of collagen powder.
I'll be having salmon and carbonara pasta today, going to celebrate getting a new job
Beef, asparagus and tomato, all fried in a generous amount of butter. Boiled eggs. Wild blueberries (bilberries?). Dark chocolate. Coffee with cream. Electrolytes with MSM.
So far:
Greek yoghurt with banana and raisins.
Herring and boiled egg on dark bread. Blueberry muffin ( baked myself ;))
Will be having baked chicken drumsticks with potatoes and carrots for dinner.
Green tea with amla powder and honey.
This may sound weird but I got some nutritional powder/beverage packages for pregnant women and new moms, judging by this standard, it must be very safe to drink. I’m not really pregnant or preparing for babies. The ingredient list is full of various vitamins and minerals that are good for body and hair in general, it also contains the ones I need the most as someone with hormonal issues. It’s very inexpensive because the expiration date is this November, I counted and the 80 small packages will be long consumed before that.
I used to consume vitamin gummies for kids, because of all the things they sell, the OTC supplements are examined the strictest for babies and pregnant women.
But to be on the safe side, I also only take half of the recommended quantity. I have protein-heavy meals that I prepare myself to accompany my workout schedule, so the supplements are just for the ones that I might miss.

What I cooked for lunch to accommodate my cardio workout schedule and boost hair and nail growth over the past two months.
It might be a little obvious that I have a bit of OCD tendency for food arrangements.
Tuanyiji I really like your food arrangements, I'm a big believer that you eat with your eyes first :D also I love the variety on your plates!
Overnight oats with wild blueberries.
A smoothie; blue spirulina, barley grass powder, frozen bananas, wild blueberries

A baked Hannah sweet potato topped with tofu chili.
Every morning before eating have 1 cup of celery juice snd half sn hour later warm water with lemon, ginger, and tumeric.
Your meals look very pretty, tuanyiji! :D
Today: lamb sausages, avocado, and fried tomato. Skyr with cream and cacao nibs.
Breakfast burrito for breakfast.
Chicken nuggets and BBQ sauce for lunch.
Fish for dinner.
I ate avocado toast with humus, 2 eggs and extra brie cheese with honey. 3 tomatoes in morning. Butter milk for extra protein. Lots of Oat straw tea for hair and nail strength and general health. 2 oranges. At night I had Chinese egg and baked bananas with peanut sauce. For me this is a bad day because I usually eat a lot more fresh vegetables in the form of Greek or Israeli salads with balsamico for gut health and I feel so energetic on them.

Avital88 that all sounds delicious!! Brie is my favorite cheese :) for my hair today I had a late brunch of scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, kale, avocado and salsa. For dinner I had a salad with beets and goat cheese, and a veggie burger with baked red potatoes.
Whirly Girly that looks yummy! I've never tried kiefer but it looks like a yummy smoothy.
Mom made some garlic concoction that i am drinking in drops with kefir. So i drank that. It massivey increased hair growth for my mom. Hopefuly it works for me too.
Thank you, WitchoftheWood. It’s very smoothy-licious. The best way I’d describe it, is that it’s like drinking liquid yogurt.
I bought some milk kefir grains from a reputable lady who runs a business online and I’ve been making it for awhile now. I drink it daily and use fruits to flavor it. Sometimes cacao powder and ground coffee beans too.
The flavor possibilities are endless and so much fun.
Kefir (pronounced kuh-fear, although some mispronounce it keifer as in sutherland  ) is excellent for those who are lactose-intolerant because the lactose in milk, is the food for the grains, which they convert…so even though Kefir is typically made with milk, it’s close to being lactose-free by the time it’s done. Awesome stuff….so many amazing health benefits. Kefir is the King of probiotics.
This is what the grains look like…very similar to cottage-cheese in appearance. You just drop them into any whole milk of your choice…leave it sit out at room temperature…and within 12-24 hours, you have kefir. :happydance:
The best part is that the grains multiply, so you can share them with family and friends and get them making their own kefir too. Storebought kefir is ok but it doesn’t hold a candle to homemade, in terms of how many good bacterial strains it contains. So easy to make. Many people on Craigslist sell their extra grains for $5. You buy them once and if you take care of them, you never have to buy them again.
Sorry to ramble on but I am in love with this stuff. It has helped me with so many health issues, including cured my scalp psoriasis that has plagued me for years. It’s been like some kind of miracle for me. I will drink this liquid gold for life. ❤️❤️❤️
Here are my milk kefir grains below.
