Chinese Food!
A salad w/blue cheese dressing, and some meatballs. And my multivitamin, I'm doing amazingly well remembering to take it everyday.
Beef steak, fried egg with regular and blue cheese, and sauerkraut. Dark mint chocolate. Organic coffee and green tea with heavy cream. Electrolytes, vitamin D, and B1.
Fasted for 20 hours.
Vegetable soup, fruit, supplements.
Maybe not for my hair exactly, but that coffee and gluten-free blueberry bread pudding for breakfast situation was delightful.
Sandwich with shrimps, eggs and mayonnaise and a glass of white wine ;)
Ylva, may I ask why are you fasting?
Pretty much exactly the same as yesterday! Beef steak, fried egg with regular and blue cheese, and sauerkraut. Dark mint chocolate. Organic coffee and green tea with heavy cream. Electrolytes, vitamin D, and B1.
Oh, and also low-carb "roll tart", or whatever it might be called in English!
Fasted for 18 hours and a bit, I think.
For health reasons. :)
Fruit, vegetables, broth, almonds, lots of water, and supplements.
Swedish meatballs & rice, cashews, steak with asparagus and Mac n cheese, real apple juice, and a multivitamin
I'm having a nightly bedtime snack of birdseed bread (millet and flax) toast with peanut butter. We still have 9 jars left so I'll be able to keep this up for a while.
Pulled pork. Chicken and salad. Dark chocolate with bits of hazelnut. Electrolytes and B1.
Fasted for about 18 hours.
I had salmon, a potato and egg salad and a can of coke :D
Tried a new 12 grain bread, pan-fried with some butter and apple jelly. It was pretty good. Also had an egg, some bacon, and a coffee.
Pulled pork. Salmon with a kind of herbal cheese spread. Dark chocolate with hazelnut. Raspberries. Coffee, and green tea with nettle. Electrolytes, vitamin D, and B1.
Sweet potato, supplements, salmon
Started with some msm and vitamin C, then a few cups of fenugreek tea as I don't really eat in the morning! Had some pomegranate as a snack, then a kale salad with some crushed almonds and walnuts on top. Smashed avo on toast with lots of onion, garlic, tomato and coriander tonight! It's really nice to know that such tasty food is also super beneficial to our hair and body <3
A few tea spoons full of peanut butter.
Minced meat with some onion and cheese. Chicken. Dark mint chocolate. Organic coffee and green tea with heavy cream. Electrolytes, vitamin D, and B1.
Two bananas, two cups of black coffee, Aberdeen Angus beef meatballs with cheese and fresh pasta...now some herbal teas and possibly yoghurt before bed
Smoothie this morning with spinach, frozen fruit, avocado, liquid iron, spirulina, milk, tofu and peanut butter powder.
Scrambled eggs with quorn sausages and a yellow pepper for dinner. Tea less healthy but you cant have everything :p
Yesterday: Pork steak with mozzarella. Chicken. Organic coffee and tea with heavy cream. Electrolytes, vitamin D, and B1.
Today: Salmon with cream cheese and fried cabbage. Fried egg with blue cheese. Organic coffee and green tea with heavy cream. Electrolytes, vit. D, and B1.
curlqueenjadine, those Angus meatballs sound so delicious!
I was *that* girl that never ate a lot of fruit. Yes, bananas. But nothing like citrus fruits (can't stand 'em even though my mom ate oranges, KGs of them during pregnancy). I have now discovered raspberries and blueberries. If I can get blackberries, I'll get them. I'm really enjoying my "fruit kick" that I'm on lately. :cheer:
Salmon soup. :yumm: (I did not use a fork and a knife to eat it, though, but I don't think there is a more fitting emoji!) Skyr with heavy cream. Dark mint chocolate. Organic coffee with heavy cream. Electrolytes, vitamin D, and B1. Fasted for 19.5 hours.
Gf bread with butter and honey, fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs with pimiento cheese, pecans, miscellaneous nibbles and sips, and currently my hair is benefiting from a glass of red wine.
yesterday, today, and tomorrow, whey protein. Just surprised I'm not green like the incredible hulk
Breakfast today is a mug pancake with 1/2 banana sliced, topped with cinnamon and honey. Of course with my coffee and multivitamin.
I added some nutritional yeast to my meal for extra protein and vitamins.
Yesterday: Salmon soup. Skyr with heavy cream. Pulled pork with cheese sauce. Dark mint chocolate. Organic coffee and tea with heavy cream. Electrolytes, vitamin D, and B1. Fasted for 19 hours, I think.
Today: I'm still fasting (going on 19 hours), but I will be having cheesy oven sausages today, and of course dark chocolate! Other than that, *types with shaky hands* I've had a little too much coffee (black). And of course, I will have the same set of supplements as always.
ETA: I also ended up buying a discounted (-50%) chicken breast that was expiring today and having that with the remainders of yesterday's cheese sauce. I fasted over 21 hours.
Water, protein (beef), supplements and on my way to take my vitamins.
Peanut butter on carrot sticks.
Just finished my workout, gonna have a protein powder shake with my breakfast, with my vitamin. Need to increase my water consumption a lot but I tend to forget when I get busy during the day.
Juice and some avocado tuna and cheese wraps. It's tastier than it sounds
Pulled pork. Cheesy oven sausage. Some sort of clams. Dark chocolate with hazelnut enjoyed with unsweetened almond milk. Coffee and tea with heavy cream. A few raspberries. Electrolytes, vitamin D3, and B1.
Baroque bun with a beef burger patty ,pineapple, cheese and avocado. It was delicious!
Blueberry donut and iced coffee
Yesterday, pizza and beer, not necessarily in that order
I just can't get enough of raspberries ATM. I think I bought 4 packages already, 250 grams each in the space of 1 week. I just love 'em. I had some blueberries (about 300 grams) this week too. And a banana. I think I'm good on fruit. ;)
2 pills of Collagen supplement and magnesium
1 cup of avocado smoothie
1 cup of smoothie of banana + cocoa powder + 1 tsp of protein
it was a smoothie day
